Location & Check-In
Our tender boats are docked at Mahogany Beach, Ocho Rios.
We’re located at Mahogany Beach, Ocho Rios. Look out for our friendly staff at
the entrance gate. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure so you
have time to check in. We can’t offer refunds for missed bookings or late
arrivals.
Yes there is parking available on location.
Onboard Experience & Facilities
Relax on deck in the Caribbean sun with an ice-cold drink, take a dip in the
crystal-clear water or enjoy our FREE 20-minute snorkelling. Stay onboard and
enjoy the DJ and entertainment crew, games and vibes, plus a full food menu
and international bar.
Poko Loko is 8,500 sq ft of floating leisure space. There are loungers and
seating downstairs with a VIP lounge upstairs, male and female restrooms,
fresh-water shower, changing rooms, gift shop, FREE 20-minute snorkelling,
a restaurant and bar on board.
Depending on your package, your ticket can include hotel return transfers,
a 10-minute ferry ride, entrance fee, a welcome drink and your food or bar
tab card on arrival.
Food, Drinks & Payment
We accept both cash and card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex).
We will always try to accommodate food allergies, but because of our location
we can’t guarantee completely allergen-free meals or zero cross-contamination.
Sorry, we are not able to allow you to take your personal food or drinks on board.
Safety, Age & Weather
Only children 4 years and older are allowed to visit, and they must be accompanied by
a parent or guardian. We do our very best to keep everyone safe, but children
are always the responsibility of their parent or guardian.
Yes. Life jackets are available and our team is there to help. If you have
concerns, just talk to one of our staff members before getting in the water.
Jamaica usually have great weather, but if we need to cancel your experience on Poko
Loko because of sea or weather conditions, you will be refunded or assisted in rescheduling your experience.
